Abstract Glow wire flammability testing is a critical evaluation method for assessing the fire safety of polymeric materials used in lighting devices, electronic products, and household appliances. This study aims to systematically investigate the glow wire flammability performance of common engineering plastics, focusing on ignition temperature (GWIT), flammability index (GWFI), and combustion behavior. The experiments were conducted using the LISUN ZRS-3H Glow-wire Test Apparatus, which complies with international standards including IEC 60695-2-10 and UL 746A. Three representative materials—glass fiber-reinforced polycarbonate (PC-GF30), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT-GF30), and polyethylene terephthalate (PET-GF30)—were tested under controlled conditions. Results indicate that PC-GF30 exhibits the highest GWIT (825°C) and GWFI (900°C), followed by PBT-GF30 (GWIT: 725°C; GWFI: 800°C) and PET-GF30 (GWIT: 675°C; GWFI: 750°C). The LISUN ZRS-3H apparatus demonstrated high precision in ...

Abstract:Aiming at the unclear difference in optical performance among five types of mainstream lighting fixtures in the market, namely bulb lights, PAR lights, LED lights, street lights and tubes, this study adopted the LISUN LMS-6000 Digital Lux Meter (full-function version LMS-6000SF) to conduct a systematic test on key optical parameters of the five types of fixtures, including illuminance, correlated color temperature (CCT), color rendering index (Ra), peak wavelength, flicker depth and retinal blue light hazard. Through scientific design of the test scheme, accurate data collection and comparative analysis, the performance advantages and applicable scenarios of various types of fixtures were clarified. The results show that street lights have outstanding performance in illuminance and anti-flicker, PAR lights have the best color rendering index, and LED lights have balanced comprehensive performance. This study provides reliable data support and technical reference for lighting ...

Abstract With the widespread application of electronic equipment, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) has become a key indicator in product design and production. This paper takes the LISUN EMI-9KB EMI Receiver Test System as the research object, and analyzes in detail its technical characteristics, testing capabilities and application scenarios. The system adopts a fully enclosed structure and highly conductive materials, achieving excellent shielding effect and fundamentally solving the problem of the equipment’s own interference. Through test procedures and report formats that comply with international standards, the EMI-9KB can meet the requirements of multiple specifications such as CISPR, GB, and FCC, providing reliable support for EMC certification of electronic equipment. Actual test data shows that the measurement accuracy of the system in the 30MHz-1GHz frequency band can reach ±1.5dB, and the repeated test deviation is less than 0.8dB, demonstrating excellent stability and a...
